There is a variety of ways that you can personally contribute to the mission of Potter's House Thrift. Here are a few:
VOLUNTEER:
No matter what your gifts or skills are, we can use you here at Potter's House Thrift. Sorting clothes, pricing books, cleaning the processing room, arranging the sales floor, testing electronics... there's always room for help. DONATE:
We are gladly accepting donations of all kinds (clothing, furniture, etc) any day of the week during store hours. If you have larger items, feel free to call us at (479)-442-2422 to schedule a pick-up time. It is through your generous donations that this ministry can operate at all. If you've donated, we can't thank you enough!
SHOP:
We have a huge selection of clothes, accessories, furniture, home decor, and more! And at prices this low, you're bound to find something here that you just can't live without. ;)
We also price and put out items EVERY DAY. And due to our unique price-rotation system, almost nothing on the sales floor has been out longer than a month! EVER!
SPREAD THE WORD!
This is probably the most important. We are trying to get as many people involved in this ministry as possible, in order to benefit as many as possible. Be a part of this community, and invite others to be a part of it as well!
Word-of-mouth is the most powerful networking tool we have. Join in the effort! Pick up some PHT flyers and help us canvas the community, or ask your church staff to mention us in their newsletter... these are just a few ways you can use your voice to help. Get creative!
